For lunch, we serve grill and sushi menus, as well as à la carte dishes. We guarantee the freshness of our fish, which are delivered and prepared every morning by our chef himself.
Our dishes are prepared using traditional techniques. The rice used in our sushis is prepared using a donabe, a cooking pot made of clay which is still used in some traditional restaurants in Japan.
We also serve Omakase, a Japanese expression which means “I will leave it up to you”. By calling us 3 days in advance, you can ask our chef, according to your suggestions and your desires, to conceive a menu which suits you.
One of our clients’ favorite dishes is the Salmon Trio (picture above). This trio is made of three salmon sushis prepared differently : raw salmon with ginger and lemon from Menton flavored olive oil and Japanese black salt ; seared salmon seasoned with our homemade ponzu sauce (soy sauce with citrus) ; and raw salmon marinated in a homemade sauce whose composition is kept secret by our chef.
